Doing ads for watch brands: Is it fun?
In Milan I read an Italian men magazine and not surprisingly I found a lot of watch brands advertising. I really enjoyed watching those watches
, some being true pieces of Photoshop.
But I found only 3 types of ads: the ones claiming tradition, those showing only the products and the celebrity endorsements. Judging by this magazine, Italian marketers seem to prefer the last one. Take a look at the pictures below.
Yes, they are trying to differentiate their brand characters, but ads’ architectures seem to be the same. Is it rewarding in any way to do the same that everybody does? Just think of Swatch – that brought fun in watch marketing industry – it could be a source of inspiration.

Is it just me or zour English isn’t that good? I don’t mean to be disrespectful, but if you can express yourself better in Romanian, why not do it? I have subscribed to your posts and I find it hard to read what you are writing, with all the misspellings and words missing.
