Hi Stefan – just stumbled across your blog. Glad to see another person in the Leo/Starcom family is blogging.
You might be interested that in Canada we’ve brought a head of context planning into the main Leo agency. He was a senior VP at Starcom Canada, but we wanted to have him be even closer to the creative process so now he works at Leo Burnett. It’s been a great addition, and he often sits in creative briefings and presentations to help everyone see ways the idea could work in different media right from the start. It’s definitely changed the way we work.

Really… I think it’s a smart workflow innovation within our group – and it’s unique as far as I know.
